5. Samurai Karate Studio's adult program is a lot of fun!
We learned a long time ago that if people are having fun, they learn a lot faster! We purposely change up the karate drills and techniques to keep you motivated to learn. We use different kinds of warm ups to really focus on the core and develop all the muscles of the body.
Samurai Karate Studio thinks of every student as being part of a large family. Many of our students develop friendships from people they meet at the school. Many parents are encouraged to train with their older children, as it provides a wonderful bonding opportunity as they work out in class or practice at home together. |

Our adult classes are structured so that new students can begin at any time! Don't worry about your age. The beauty of the martial art's is you can train your whole life! Our current adult program has students ranging in age from 12 to over 50!
In the beginning, you will feel kind of clumsy, and you might not be as fit as you would like. No worries. You train at your own pace and you start off slow so that you can build up your endurance and strength. And, if you keep at it, soon you will notice the difference in your body and you will feel so much stronger!
Our programs at Samurai Karate Studio are structured in such a way, that young and old can thrive and learn how to defend themselves if necessary. The martial arts is a personal journey that really does not have any age limits!
